We will visit you to carry out a free, no obligation survey.
We will email you your estimate within 48 hours of the survey. This estimate will outline all of your requested options at our best possible prices.
Once you have accepted your estimate, we will meet with you to discuss your needs, to ensure we have a clear understanding of your precise requirements and vision.
We send you a quotation with a transparent line-by-line budget and a clear timeline, showing when we aim to complete the project.
If required, we can appoint you an interior designer to select you the best materials, furniture and finishes for your space. We are committed to superior design and want to make the process as smooth as possible.
Working hours are Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, and Sat 8am – 1pm. We require parking permits for 2 vans for the duration of the works.
Careful management and frequent updates ensure that the process remains seamless. We maintain crystal clear communication throughout, and make sure that expectations are met every step of the way.
We clean at the end of every day to ensure the site is left spotless. We also bring in a professional cleaner at the end of the entire process to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and ready for you to move into.
